A sweet and innocent Adult Baby story. No nudies and no rudies.
Little Daisy couldn't sleep. The glow-in the dark stars that decorated her room had faded and her bottle of milk was empty. She had tried to fall asleep after Daddy had tucked her into bed but she already missed him too much to be able to settle.
Maybe if he wasn't busy he would tell her one of his stories to help her get to sleep, Daisy thought kicking off her Little Mermaid duvet and clumsily slipping out of her brand new toddler bed. Her diaper was heavy and sagging and it rustled as she scurried to her bedroom door.
The house was very quiet and Daisy paused as she raised herself onto her tippy toes and reached for the handle. It would be dark out in the hallway and she wasn't sure what would be waiting for her on the other side of the door.
It didn't matter she decided, Daddy was downstairs and he could keep her safe from everything. She just had to be quick.
After fumbling with the handle she managed to open the door and hurriedly made her way to the top of the stairs. She wasn't big enough yet to walk down them on her own but that wouldn't stop her. With a loud thud Daisy plonked herself down onto her diapered butt, dangled her little legs over the top step and slowly began to bump her way down.
The soggy diaper was swollen and squishy. It cushioned the bumps and made a fun sound each time she landed on the next stair. Daisy began to speed up, making little squeaking sounds as she went.
"Boo!" Daisy yelled as she burst into the lounge to find Daddy sitting in his armchair.
"Oh my!" Exclaimed Daddy, "I didn't hear you coming at all," he grinned, "why are you still awake sweetie?".
"I made Daddy go fwightened," Daisy squealed as she ran to him and scrambled to get onto his lap.
"You sure did baby girl," Daddy laughed as he lifted her the rest of the way up and sat her on his knee.
"Boo again Daddy!" she shrieked happily as she landed in place.
"Oh my!" Daddy exclaimed again, "you're like a scary little ghost this evening."
"I AM a goats Daddy, a weally weally scawy goats. A scawy goats that's going to get yoooooou," she said holding her hands in front of her chest and waggling her fingers at him.
Daddy chuckled at her joke and tickled her first. "And why are you busy being scary instead of being fast asleep young lady?" he asked.
"I missed you Daddy," Daisy beamed as she looked up at him with her chin tucked firmly into her chest, "I missed you soooooooooooo much."
He tickled her some more before pulling his adorable little bundle in close for a hug. It still amazed him how much more he loved his baby girl each and every day. "Are you sure it's not because you're a piddle princess?" he asked her.
Daisy pulled herself even closer into Daddy and he felt her arms tighten around his neck. She buried her head into his shoulder and shook it violently against him. She didn't like to be reminded of her babyish ways and Daddy knew he had embarrassed her. "It's ok sweetie," he cooed and stroked her hair, "even Piddle Princesses are beautiful."
"Lets play a game Daddy", Daisy exclaimed as she put her tiny hands on his chest and pushed herself up to meet his gaze. Her discomfort had already passed and her big blue eyes shone with mischief.
"I don't think so Little One," said Daddy, "it's late. We need to change that diaper and get you to sleep."
"No Daddy," she protested and started to squirm.
"Yes Missy," he replied scooping her into his arms as he stood up.
Daisy stopped squirming. Daddy was tall and she didn't want to fall all the way to the floor. His arms were big and strong too and having them wrapped around her made her feel nice and safe but even Superman couldn't hold on to a really wriggly baby. "Daddy..." she whined reaching for his face with her chubby little hands and putting her nose to his. "Daddy, I don't like my big bed."
"Oh honey, is that why you're not sleeping?" Daddy asked shaking his head and rubbing his nose against hers. "Are you scared in your big bed? Do you need Daddy to look after you?"
Pushing on Daddy's cheeks with the palms of her hands made his mouth form a funny shape that made Daisy laugh. "Daddy's silly," she said shyly avoiding his question.
"Daisy's silly," said Daddy, his face still squashed. "She's a silly stinky scaredy cat," he joked as he held her at arms length. She flailed her arms and tried to reach his face again. "Come on," he said. "Lets get you a clean nappy and a fresh bottle."
"Okay Daddy," said Daisy stretching out as he laid her down on the soft carpet and began to undress her.
"And then you can lie on the sofa with Daddy until you sleep, would you like that baby girl?" he asked already knowing the answer.
"Okay Daddy," she replied happily as he undid the tapes of her diaper. "Daddy," she said again more quietly.
"Yes Daisy," he replied while reaching for the near by wipes.
"Daddy, I love you," she yawned.
"I love you too sweetheart," he said.
